WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (excl. GST).

 

2. Payments

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Late payment fees (2% per month) and recovery collection fees will be applied to the wholesale account if payment is not received promptly.

Global Designer Solutions, hereafter referred to as GDS, accepts credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) and EFT payments as well as cash payments and direct bank transfer.

All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

 

3. How to purchase or place an order

4. Pre-order

GDS offers pre-order and special order options for some selected designs. Processing time is 6-8 working weeks (subject to exceptional circumstances).

All pre-orders and special orders require a payment of 100% that has to be paid on the order day. No pre-order or special order will be processed before GDS has received the full payment. 

Any pre-order/special order is held for 15 working days after arrival in the GDS show room in Surry Hills. In case the pre-order/special order hasn't been picked-up within the above-mentioned time frame, GDS reserves the right to re-sell the goods.

In this case the payment taken, won't be refunded. No refund or exchange will be honoured due to a pre-order or special order cancellation.

 

5. Suburb

GDS protects the interest of their customers and won't sell the same design (SKU) to wholesale accounts in the same (post code) area (expiry after 90 days of purchasing a full pack). This doesn't apply, if retailers that are located in the same post code area, conjointly agree on selling the same design in the designated area.

All sales from wholesale accounts to end consumers are limited to the authorized (post code) area only. Breaching the approved area can result in termination of the wholesale account with GDS.

 

6. Returns

No refund or exchanges will be honoured due to a change of mind.

Faulty or wrongly described merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

For all merchandise that has been received by delivery from GDS, faulty returns must be made within 10 days of delivery date. In this case, shipping will be paid by GDS and won't be charged to the wholesale account.

Please contact customer service for all returns. Returns that are sent to GDS without prior communication will not be accepted.

7. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods and will be separately disclosed on the invoice.

Depending on the destination, GDS will use different suppliers, like DHL, Direct Freight or Fast Way. On all orders freight will be charged on the official postage fees. No handling fees will be charged to the wholesale account.
